TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Membership Overview: By signing up for our monthly cleaning service membership, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Membership entitles you to recurring cleaning services as outlined in your chosen membership package.
2. Membership Packages: We offer different membership tiers with varying levels of service and pricing. Details of each package are available on our website. Changes to membership packages can be made upon request, subject to availability and adjustment of fees where applicable.
3. Payment and Billing: Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis, typically monthly, unless otherwise specified. Payment is due in advance of each cleaning service period. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of membership.
4. Scheduling and Rescheduling: Members are responsible for scheduling their cleaning appointments in advance using our online booking system or by contacting our customer service. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with a minimum notice period as specified in the membership agreement. Missed appointments without proper notification may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the cleaning service for that period.
5. Service Terms: Our cleaning staff will perform services according to the specifications outlined in the chosen membership package. Members must provide access to the premises during scheduled cleaning appointments. Additional services requested outside the scope of the membership package may incur extra charges.
6. Termination and Cancellation: Membership can be canceled at any time by providing written notice to our customer service team. No refunds will be issued for membership fees already paid, except as required by law. We reserve the right to terminate membership for any reason, including but not limited to violation of terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior towards staff.
7. Liability and Damages: While we take utmost care in providing our cleaning services, we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during the course of cleaning. Members are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items prior to cleaning appointments.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the membership service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Superior Court of Justice.
